System 65 - Head Sprockets

The individual exchangeable teeth are made from MnCr special steel - with a highly wear resistant hardened surface.

Hub discs and counter plates are of welded design except when using GG (grey cast iron). Bolts to strength class 8.8, lock nuts V to DIN 980-8 (ISO 2358).

Sprocket hubs are drilled to tolerance fit and keyed in pairs.
